Application:
This receiver is a wireless controller for AC motor, it and the transmitter
form a wireless transmitter receiver system. This system can be used for
roller shutters, rolling doors, projection screens, awnings, pumps, winches,
conveyors, or other devices with AC motors. If you connect an AC motor to
this receiver, you can operate the motor to rotate in positive or reversal
direction by the remote control. You can connect the limit switch or the
manual switch to the receiver and use them to stop the motor.
Feature:
Wireless control, easy to install.
Universal Power Supply: AC 75~400V, working with the motor of AC 110V, AC
120V, AC 220V, AC 240V, AC 380V.
High Power: Each channel can work at maximum current 40A.
With three manual buttons: You can control the motor by manual buttons.
With limit control terminals: You can connect sensors, limit switches or
external devices to stop the motor.
With wired control terminals: You can connect manual switches to control the
motor.
With external antenna, the receiver has a farther working range.
The transmitter / remote can control the receiver from any place within a
reliable working distance.
The wireless RF signal from the transmitter can pass through walls, floors,
doors, or windows, but it will lose some operating range.
The receiver has reverse power protection and over current protection built
in.
The receiver only works with the selected transmitter which is matched to
the receiver.
One or more transmitters / remotes can control one or several receivers
simultaneously.
Two or more receivers may be used in the same area.
Receiver Parameters:
Model: S1PFA-AC-ANT3

Static Current: ≤6mA
Output Type: AC 75~400V (110V/120V/220V/240V/380V)
Maximum Load Current of Relay: 40 A / each channel, so motor's maximum
starting current cannot exceed 40A.
Suitable Wires for Connecting Terminals: 22-12 AWG
2 Selectable Working Modes: Interlocking, Momentary
Receiver Sensitivity: -115dB
Operating Temperature: -20°C ~ +70°C
Case size: 138 x 85 x 40 mm (5.4 x 3.3 x 1.6 inches)
Matching Transmitters:
The receiver can work with different transmitters, such as model
CV-4-2
(500M) or
CB-4 (1000M) etc.
Working Range:
This receiver and different transmitters form a complete set, which can
achieve different working distances. For example, when it and the
transmitter CV-4-2 form a complete set, the maximum working distance may
reach 1500 feet or 500 meters in an open area. When it and the transmitter
CB-4 form a complete set, the maximum working distance may reach 3000 feet
or 1000 meters in an open area.
The maximum working distance is based on theoretical data without obstacles
and any RF interference. In practice, it will be hindered by trees, walls,
or other construction, and will be interfered with by other wireless
signals. Therefore, the actual working distance may not reach this maximum
distance.
Usage:
The receiver can be used to control AC 380V pumps, motors and other
equipment by the 380V contactors, and it can’t directly connect to the 380V
equipment.
Notice: The receiver is relay output, not DC/AC power output. Initial state
of relay output terminals: Two terminals are Normally Open
Wiring:
1) If you want to control the AC 110V or 220V motor, you can connect the
receiver, the motor and the AC power according following circuit diagram 1,
then you use the transmitter to control the motor.
2) If you want to control an AC 380V motor, you can connect the receiver,
the 380V contactor, the 380V motor and the 380V power according following
circuit diagram 2, then you use the transmitter to control the AC 380V
motor.
Setting different working modes:
The receiver will be set in Interlocking mode before leaving the factory, if
you require momentary mode, please follow the following steps.
1) Setting Interlocking mode with normally open limit function: When the
receiver is in the learning status, press button ▲ of the transmitter.
Setting Interlocking mode with normally closed limit function: When the
receiver is in the learning status, press button ▼ of the transmitter.
The operation by the transmitter, such as CV-4-2:
Press the button ▲ of the transmitter: The motor rotates in the positive
direction.
Press the left button ■ of the transmitter: The motor stops.
Press the button ▼ of the transmitter: The motor rotates in the reversal
direction.
Press the left button ■ of the transmitter: The motor stops.
2) Setting Momentary mode with normally open limit function: When the
receiver is in the learning status, press the left button ■ of the
transmitter.
Setting Momentary mode with normally closed limit function: When the
receiver is in the learning status, press the right button ■ of the
transmitter.
The operation by the transmitter, such as CV-4-2:
Press and hold the button ▲ of the transmitter: The motor rotates in the
positive direction.
Release the button ▲: The motor stops.
Press and hold the button ▼ of the transmitter: The motor rotates in the
reversal direction.
Release the button ▼: The motor stops.
Note 1: With motor protection function, when the motor is running
forward or reverse, if you want to switch the working direction of the
motor, you must first press the left button ■ to stop the motor, and then
press the control button for the other direction.
Note 2: To prevent maloperation, the receiver will automatically lock
if no operation is performed within 3 minutes. If you need to continue
operation, press the right button ■ of the transmitter to unlock it.
Limit function:
1) When the receiver is operating in the normally open limit function, you
can connect two normally open limit switches to limit control terminals

How to pair the transmitter to the receiver:
Notice: We have paired the transmitter to the receiver before leaving the
factory. If you want to pair more transmitters, please follow the following
steps.
1) Press the setting button in the receiver for 3 seconds, the signal LED on
the receiver flashes three times, this indicates that the receiver enters
the learning status.
2) Press the corresponding button according to the working mode you need, if
the signal LED flashes 5 times, this indicates that the pairing is
successful.
3) The receiver can learn several transmitters with different codes.
How to delete all transmitters codes stored in the receiver:
Notice: We have paired the transmitter to the receiver, if you don’t want
the receiver to work with the transmitter, you can delete all transmitters
codes stored in the receiver.
