How to use a runway light to wireless control the solar windsock lights?

I want to control a solar windsock light, it is about 150 meters away from my runway lights, I want to open the runway lights, and the solar windsock lights are also automatically turned on at the same time, what kind of wireless remote control equipment I should choose?

We recommend awireless remote kit (model0020518)that includes a transmitter and a receiver. Only need to connect the transmitter to runway light, and connect the receiver to the solar windsock light. When the runway light is turned on, the transmitter will be triggered and emits a wireless signal ON to the receiver. The receiver receives this RF signal then turns on the solar    windsock lights. When the runway light is turned off, the transmitter automatically emits awireless signal OFF to the receiver, and the receive turns off the solar windsock lights.
