Question:

I installed an alarm system in my store, but the store is 600 meters away from my home. I hope I could be alerted at home when the alarm is triggered. The alarm host has a normally open contact output, what kind of product should I choose to fulfill my request?

Answer:

We recommend a wireless remote kit (model 0020524) that includes a transmitter, a receiver, and a alarm horn (model???) .You must first connect the transmitter to your alarmhost, then install the receiver with alarm horn in your home.When the store's alarm host sends an alarm, the transmitter transmits a wireless signal to the receiver. When the receiver receives the wireless signal, it will turn on alarm horn in your home.
