This is fantastic! I use several of these to operate my Halloween props. 1 remote control controls them all. You can move a little jumper to change from momentary to toggle. Momentary means you press and hold the button on your remote and it activates, and when you release the button it deactivates. Toggle you press the button once to turn on and again to turn off. It does latched too, but i've never used it. Lots of possibilities with these little guys. They are super easy to reprogram to your remote. Instructions are accurate and have improved a lot since i first bought from this company a couple years ago. Plan ahead though, shipping is a slow boat from china i guess. Usually takes about a month for me to get stuff from them.
